Mijn kennismaking met Anjo Schuite in 2004 is, als ik nu de balans opmaak, van grote waarde geweest. Het werken met zijn TransActional CombiModel heeft ertoe geleid dat ik in staat ben leiding te geven aan groepen in verschillende ontwikkelstadia. Maar nog belangrijker is dat Anjo via TACM mijn ogen geopend heeft voor de waarde van genetwerkt organiseren. Bij DWA installatie- en energieadvies gaat het om kennis ontwikkelen, kennis delen en die kennis verzilveren. Inmiddels doen we dat zeer succesvol en met veel plezier vanuit een genetwerkte organisatiestructuur.
